Where is my order?

We have a unique partnership with the korean postal service to track orders. Tracking numbers will be provided to all orders shipped via express shipping.

What happens if an item I've ordered is no longer available?

Due to the popularity of our brands in korea we can not fully guarantee the availability of all items. If in the case a clothing is no longer available we will notify you via email and offer a full refund for the order before it is shipped.

Can I make a change to my order such as the shipping method or merchandise size?

We will take up to 3 business days (kst) to ship your package, you will be afforded the opportunity to make changes in your order during this time before it is shipped. Changes after shipment can be made through our exchange policy.

Do you offer price adjustments or price matching?

We take pride in offering the very best shopping experience, unfortunately we cannot keep track of all of our brands’ sites. However, if there is a discrepency we would love to know.


Do you ship internationally?

We absolutely ship internationally!

How much will shipping cost?

Standard shipping (7-10 days) is $5.99 (USD) worldwide. We will be offering expedited shipping services in the near future.

How do I track my package online?

We supply all orders with a tracking order number that can be used at to track orders.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What happens with returned packages or failed deliveries?

We hate that we cannot bring the packages to you in person! In the case you have not received your package, let us know and we'll do everything we can to make your experience better!


How long do I have to return an order?

You can return items for up to 14 days after receiving your order.

How do I return my order?

Go to your order history by going to 'Account' > 'Order History' and find the order with the item(s) you wish to return. Click on 'See details' to view the 'Order Details' page and click on the 'Request Cancellation' button to start the return process.

What will it cost to return my order?

You will only be responsible for shipping the items back to us.

Return policy requirements

All original tags and condition of the clothes must be maintained.

Can I return my customized item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized items unless they have been damaged during shipping.
